Seven years back, I hit a point where everything on the outside looked peachy – engaged, cozy apartment, dream job. But here’s the kicker: I felt like something was missing, a ‘what’s next?’ kinda vibe.
Picture this: dragging myself to work every morning, feeling purposeless. Then, out of the blue, a Facebook ad appeared, talking about coaching. I nosed around in a free coaching basics group and boom – I decided I wanted to be a Clarity and Confidence Coach. Why? Well, life had thrown me some wild curveballs, and I’d figured out this whole clarity and confidence thing for myself.
Now, cue the self-doubt. Who was I to coach someone on clarity and confidence when, honestly, I felt like I was winging it in my own life? That doubt stuck around, and for a while, I let it win. Fast forward a bit, add a baby to the mix, and enter network marketing.
I thought this was it – the chance to build a business from home while hanging out with my little one. But oh boy, did it drain me. Cold messaging, pushing products on friends and family, the whole before-and-after charade – it just didn’t sit right with me. I wanted to dig deeper and help folks on a more profound level. Enter Human Design. Suddenly, everything clicked.
“The All-In Decision”
After a year of juggling coaching and an affiliate marketing gig, it hit me: I needed to go all-in. Three little kiddos under four and a burning desire to fully commit to my calling. In February 2023, an energy weaving session (yes, it’s as mystical as it sounds) shook things up. Turns out, I was holding onto my affiliate marketing gig for all the wrong reasons – community and a ‘sure thing’ feeling. But my heart wasn’t in it.
Leaving that business behind was tough, but it paved the way for what I’m doing now – life and business coaching. The puzzle pieces were finally falling into place, but there was one problem: I still didn’t quite know what I was doing as a coach.
May 2023 brought a failed attempt at launching coaching offers and a serious lack of belief in myself. That’s when I stumbled upon the Quantum Coaching Academy. It made no logical sense to invest without making money first, but I knew I needed confidence before anything else. So, I jumped into a six-month rollercoaster of transformation.
